These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries, bookings and helicopter journeys arranged by The Marina Club Limited (“we”, “us”) for customers (“you”).

1. Scope and booking

Website routes, prices and services are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Sending an enquiry does not create a binding booking. A booking becomes binding when you accept our specific quotation or booking confirmation and we confirm acceptance.

2. Services and flight operation

The services included in your booking are those stated in your confirmation. Flights are operated by suitably qualified aviation professionals using airworthy aircraft. For operational or safety reasons, an equivalent aircraft may be substituted and routes may be adjusted.

3. Prices and payment

Website prices are guide prices “from” and may vary by season, group size, flight duration and additional requirements. Prices for UK customers are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Payment timing and methods are set out in your quotation or booking confirmation.

4. Changes and cancellation

Where available, bookings may be rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before the agreed flight time. Any cancellation charges or special conditions will be stated in the booking confirmation. Requests to cancel or change a booking should be made in writing, including by email.

5. Weather and safety

Passenger and crew safety takes priority. The operator or pilot may cancel, postpone, reroute or terminate a flight where weather, visibility, airspace restrictions or other circumstances make safe operation inappropriate. Where a flight is cancelled for weather or safety reasons, an alternative date will normally be offered without an additional rescheduling fee.

6. Passenger responsibilities

You must provide accurate information relevant to the flight and follow all safety instructions from pilots, crew and ground staff. A passenger may be refused carriage where their condition or conduct could compromise safety.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to applicable law, liability for indirect or unforeseeable loss is excluded.

8. Photography and video

Photography or video services requested as part of a booking are subject to the terms stated in the booking confirmation. We will not publish identifiable customer imagery for promotional purposes without an appropriate lawful basis or permission.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, branding and original content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission from the relevant rights holder.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and civil-procedure rules may hear disputes.
